After hearing the learned Advocate for the parties, when this court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, on instructions, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to request the learned Family Court to consider the calculation sheet submitted by the petitioner before it afresh.

His statement is accepted. Leave is granted as prayed for. 3.

In view of the same, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Needless to clarify that the learned Family Court shall consider the arrears of maintenance as per the judgment and order dated 18-03-2019, passed in Petition No.E-181/2017 and calculation
