The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is a remark in police clearance certificate dated 10.04.2024 to the effect that a criminal case is registered and the same is pending. However, the learned counsel for the Petitioner further pointed out that though the criminal case was registered against the Petitioner in the year 2002 vide FIR No.65/2002 but in the same matter 'A' summary report is already filed. It was allowed by the concerned Magistrate.
