The petitioner seeks a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Parbhani, to remove the remark in his Police Clearance Certificate dated 10/04/2024 regarding the pendency of Criminal Case bearing C.R. No. 65 of 2002 under Sections 436, 323 and 504 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

However, learned APP, on instructions, submits that in the aforesaid crime, the concerned Investigating Officer has filed an 'A' Summary report, which has been accepted by the concerned Magistrate.

In view of the same, Respondent No. 2 is directed to issue a fresh Police Clearance Certificate to the petitioner after removing the said remark regarding the aforesaid criminal case. 5.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.
