The Deputy Advocate General Ms. Neha Sonawane appearing through video-conferencing submits on instructions that, the detenu in this matter who is brother of the petitioner has been arrested in the Crime registered at Punjab State and an amount of Rs.50 lacs is also recovered from his account.

She further submits that, the charge-sheet is also filed and the concerned Court has framed charge against detenu on 01.12.2025. As such, it appears that the detenu is arrested in the Crime and he is now facing trial as under trial prisoner. Therefore, no question of issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus arises in the matter.
