The learned APP on instructions, submits that the frauded amount is lying with Amazon. However, when Amazon was contacted they showed their inability to refund the amount only because the bank account of the petitioner was not with them. The investigating machinery has also now provided the details of bank account of the petitioner to Amazon and the Amazon has also now assured to transfer the amount to the petitioner directly to his bank account. Under such circumstances, stand over to 05.02.2026.
