The learned A.P.P. submits that the main accused in this matter, who is in the Military Service, was arrested on 30th November 2025, and therefore, the charge sheet is likely to be filed within short period. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Investigating Officer is not properly conducting the investigation. However, he admitted that no such objection is raised by him in writing.
