It is brought to the notice by the staff member that, in the judgment dated 17/02/2026 inadvertently in paragraph No.2 of the judgment and in clause (ii) of the operative part of order, it is mentioned as "District Magistrate, Dhule" instead of "District Magistrate, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar". The said mistake appears to be typographical mistake, and therefore can be corrected.

As such, in paragraph No.2 of the judgment and in clause (ii) of the operative part of order the said words be corrected by mentioning "District Magistrate Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar" instead of " District Magistrate, Dhule". 3.

Accordingly the corrected copy be uploaded forthwith. 4.
