All the petitioners as well as respondent No.3 are present before the Court. Upon inquiry, respondent No. 3-wife submits that the matter is likely to be settled and that she intends to appoint an advocate to represent her.

Since the matter arises out of a matrimonial dispute, with the consent of the parties, it is referred for mediation. 3.

Mr. Mr. G. G. Suryawanshi, learned advocate, is requested to act as a Mediator in the matter.
