The learned APP, relying on the police papers, made a statement that the social media account of the missing lady is under search and the report from concerned Cyber Police Station about the same, is awaited. Further, it appears that the petitioner has also received a Whatsapp call from unknown number and investigation to that effect is also going on, but the CDR report of the said call is yet to be received. Statements of concerned persons are also recorded. However, no confirm information in respect of missing lady and boy, is yet to be received.

The Investigating Officer is directed to supply copy of status report about the investigation to the petitioner. 3.

The learned APP seeks time to carry out the further inquiry.
