Learned A.P.P. placed on record progress report dated 09.12.2025. It is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. On going through the said report, it appears that police are doing every possible attempt to search for the missing lady and her son. In addition, learned A.P.P. made submission that coincidentally when the petitioner was in police station, he received call from unknown mobile No.8588071366 from the missing girl mentioning that due to her harassment on account of matrimonial relationship, she does not want to return to the house of her husband. Learned A.P.P. further submits that the said call was fortunately recorded by the concerned police personnel on another mobile. Learned A.P.P. undertakes to produce transcription of the said recorded conversion on record.

As such, stand over to 17.12.2025.
