The learned APP informs that the missing woman is found and has produced the woman alongwith her child and sister before this court through the Police Station Officer, Topkhana Police Station, District Ahilyanagar. The statement of the missing woman is recorded by the Police Authorities.

I have gone through the statement of the missing woman, wherein she says that she has left the house due to harassment by the applicant and the other in-laws. Since, this matter was pending before the Division Bench, the Division Bench has directed the learned APP to file the affidavit incorporating the transcription of the conversation of the missing woman. Thus, marathe 1/2

cr.wp1598.2025 it would be appropriate that the matter shall be placed before the Division Bench for further hearing on the present writ petition.

The woman, who is brought before this court by the police authorities, shall be taken back to the place from where she was brought. The police authorities are directed to make the missing woman remain present before this court for further consideration on the next date.

The matter was directed to be listed on 06.01.2026. However, as the woman was found, the matter was mentioned today by the learned APP as the woman was brought to this court along with her sister. Hence, the matter be posted, on 06.01.2026, as scheduled for further hearing before the Division Bench.
