During the pendency of this petition, the missing lady was produced before the Vacation Court on 29.12.2025. However, on that day, she was sent to the place from where she was brought. Today, said lady alongwith her son is again produced before this Court by LHC Ms. Marbhal attached to police station Tofkhana District Ahilyanagar. 2.

The learned APP also produced a copy of her statement recorded by the concerned police station which is marked 'X' for identification. On going through the said statement, it appears that the petitioner and in laws of said lady are harassing her and therefore, she went to Shirdi initially and thereafter started residing with her sister viz. Priyanka Chinchadgaon Tq Vaijapur, Dist.Aurangabad.

We have also interacted with the said lady. However, she again reiterated that the ill treatment is caused to her by her in laws and the

2 930.doc petitioner who is her brother in law. In addition to that, she stated that her husband is also under the influence of her in laws. She further stated that, she does not want to reside with her husband or in laws and petitioner. She is major and therefore, has every right to take decision as to where she wants to reside.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
