DATED : JANUARY 13, 2026 ORDER:- Heard.
On going through the complaint dated 03.03.2023 and 05.02.2025, it appears that the petitioners have claimed that the respondent prepared certain fabricated documents and obtained possession of the disputed land. However, it seems that the petitioners can avail the remedy of filing an application with concerned learned Judicial Magistrate under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 175 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) Act, 2023 in respect of the allegation of preparation of fabricated documents.
The learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners would avail such opportunity. In view of the same, the petition stands disposed of since the petitioners are having alternate
