As per the explanation received from the concerned Judicial Officer, she has undertaken to decide Exhibit-85 without fail on next date which is 15.01.2026 just tomorrow. However, on going through the Roznama placed on record by the said Judicial Officer, it appears that last Exhibit in the said matter is Exhibit-35 and the Exhibit-85 is infact Exhibit-25 filed by the petitioner is for closing the evidence of respondent/wife. Since, after filing the affidavit of evidence, she did not appear for further examination and cross-examination. Therefore, considering the undertaking given by the concerned Judicial Officer, we deem it appropriate to grant one more chance to decide the said Exhibit-25 for closing the evidence of respondent/wife. 2.

As such, stand over to 11.02.2026.
