Though the petitioner had expressed his desire to argue the matter personally on the last date, he remained absent on VC today.

As per the order dated 24.12.2025, the learned APP had already stated that when the earlier list was prepared, the petitioner was on bail and therefore, his name could not be included. The learned APP had also assured that the name of the petitioner would be included in a fresh list, which was to be prepared on 31.12.2025. Today, the learned APP submits that the process of preparing such list, by constituting the necessary committee, is ongoing and if the petitioner is found entitled, his name will be included.
