Though the petitioner has challenged the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dhule, whereby Special Case No.744/2025 (previously numbered as Special Case No.19/2026) has been transferred from Dhule to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar but the learned AGP pointed out that as per the Government Circular dated 02.07.2025 similar Circular dated 04.07.2025 of this Court the aforesaid Special Case No.744/2025, is transferred to Special CBI Court to Chhatrapati

2 19.Crl.WP.1661.25.odt Sambhajinagar, therefore, now by quashing the impugned order the jurisdiction cannot be conferred to Dhule Court again. 2.

In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will appear before the Special CBI Court at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, wherein, the aforesaid Special Case has been transferred and may seek permission from the said Court to appear through counsel or through video conferencing as and when required. Under such circumstances, nothing remains in this petition and it stands disposed of.
