The petition is filed for direction to decide and consider the representations dated 10.11.2025 and 24.11.2025 of the petitioner. On going through those representations, it appears that both of them are for seeking arrest of the accused. However, the learned A.P.P. submits that notice under Section 35 (3) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Surksha Sanhita (BNSS) Act 2023 was given to the accused and thereafter, charge sheet has also been filed in the present matter indicting that investigation has been completed. 3.

According to learned A.P.P. accused co-operating with investigating machinery and hence arrest was not made.
