During the pendency of this petition, the wife of petitioner viz. Gayatri Ramkrishna Ambildhage is produced before the Court by LPC Ms. Gore attached to Karmad police station. While interacting with the wife of the petitioner, she stated that she is 19 years old and had performed marriage with the petitioner at Tq. Alandi Dist.Pune on 17.10.2025. However, thereafter, since 18.10.2025 she remained with her parents. However, thereafter the dispute between the parents of Gayatri and the petitioner was resolved and as per the statement made by Gayatri, her parents performed her marriage as per Hindu rites with the petitioner on 28.12.2025. Presently, the wife of the petitioner is residing with him happily.

As such, nothing survives in this petition and the same stands disposed of.
