1] Heard. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.02.2026. The learned APP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

2] On the ground of interim relief, the learned counsel Mr. Bagdiya submits that the earlier externment order passed by the Superintendent of Police, Hingoli, dated 20.07.2023 came to be set aside by the Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, vide order dated 01.11.2023. Till the Writ Petition is heard finally, the interim relief in terms of prayer clause-C shall operate, which reads as under:
