It appears that though the petitioner is seeking direction to the concerned police officers to register offence against respondent Nos. 5 to 13, but the application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the same purpose is already pending with the concerned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chakur, District Latur since 2018. Under such circumstances, such parallel proceeding could not have been instituted by the petitioner. They can very well pursue the aforesaid application to redress their grievance. 2.
