The learned counsel Mr. A.R. Kawade causes appearance on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4. It appears that the respondent No.3 who is the father of minor children has kept them with respondent No.4 who is the mother of petitioner. Obviously, mother of petitioner cannot retain the custody of children, however, there is allegation on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4 that petitioner is not taking proper care of the children. In such circumstances, we would like to interact with the children who are allegedly of 14 and 7 years old respectively. As such, we direct respondent No.4 to keep present those children before this Court on 29.01.2026.
