Learned APP places on record a communication received by her on 04/03/2026 issued by PSI Mr. I. Y. Sayyed, attached to Shivajinagar Police Station, Nanded. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

On going through the said communication, it is evident that though the petitioner, vide representations dated 20/10/2025, 24/10/2025 and 27/10/2025, had demanded the CCTV footage for the period from 19/09/2025 to 24/09/2025 of Shivajinagar Police Station, the same was not provided to him due to security reasons. The said decision was also communicated to the

2 35 wp 1773-25 petitioner on 17/11/2025. Under such circumstances, considering that the prayers of the petitioner in the present petition have already been decided by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, nothing survives in the petition.
