1] After hearing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition as the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Special Executive Magistrate, Beed by notice dated 24.07.2025 has directed the petitioner to submit his explanation by remaining present on 28.07.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 2] Permission is granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file his explanation in pursuance of the notice dated 24.07.2025.

3] It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on merits of the matter. It would be open

4] The Writ Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
