1] The applicant to deposit total of 50% outstanding amount within eight weeks of which the applicant to deposit 25% outstanding amount within four weeks and also deposit 25% outstanding amount within further four weeks. The applicant is directed to continue to pay Rs.25,000/- per month to the respondents. 2] On such deposit being made, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount.

1505.25APPLN 3] On such deposit being made, there shall be adinterim stay to the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by Registrar, Family Court, Latur below Exh.9 and the judgment and order dated 20.08.2024 passed by Judge, Family Court, Latur in Pettion No.E-34/2020 below Exh.149 till next date.
