It appears that on 06-12-2021, the prosecution sent a chit to the Handwriting expert to obtain their opinion, and the said report is awaited. The chit is one of the pieces of evidence in the present matter. Due to the non-production of the report, the matter is pending.

In view of the same, the concerned Investigating Officer is directed to produce the Handwriting expert's report within a month from the date of receipt of this order.
