Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It appears that the Applicant-husband is admittedly in arrears as far as the deposit of the maintenance is concerned where the amount of maintenance was enhanced from Rs.2000/- to Rs.4000/- per month by the impugned order dated 16 January 2025 of Family Court at Aurangabad. He has some explanation to offer in that regard. Such explanation would not appeal to this Court unless and until the arrears are fully deposited by the Applicant as per the orders of the Family Court. Until such time, this Court is not inclined to intervene and/or pass any interim orders. [ADVAIT M. SETHNA, J.] Shubham
