After hearing the matter for some time when this Court shown its disinclination to interfere with the impugned judgment and order, at that time, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Revision Application, as the Applicant has already moved the Application before the Family Court, under Section 127 of Code of Criminal Procedure, for modification of the judgment and order.
