Respondents nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited by the applicant in this Court. As still some amount is yet to be received by respondents, matter is kept pending for the same. As it is incorporated in the consent terms that last payment will be made on 30-05-2026, list the matter on 10-06-2026.
