Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Criminal Revision Application No.79 of 2025 no longer survives as the parties have already arrived at a settlement. He submits that in terms of settlement, the petitioner was to pay Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 31.03.2026. He submits that the balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/- is also to be deposited on or before 31.05.2026. He submits that since there are no directions to the petitioner to deposit the said amount, the registry is not accepting the amount under settlement. 3.

Registry is directed to accept the amount sought to be deposited by the petitioner pursuant to the settlement arrived between the parties in the Criminal Revision Application No.79 of 2025.
