Learned Counsel appearing for the parties submits that the Consent Terms have already been tendered before this Court, and the same have been duly verified by the learned Registrar (Judicial). 2.
It is further submitted that, pursuant to the said Consent Terms, the Applicant has deposited the last installment of 5,00,000/- in this Court ₹ on 30th May 2026. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents fairly accepted the said fact.

Learned Counsel for the parties jointly pray that the present Application be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. 4.
Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the parties, the Consent Terms placed on record, and the fact that Shrikant Malani
923.REVN.79.2025.odt the Applicant has deposited the entire amount in accordance with the Consent Terms in the Court, I am inclined to dispose of the present Application in terms of the Consent Terms tendered on 12th February 2026. 5.
Needless to clarify that Respondent No.1 is entitled to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the Applicant in this Court with accrued interest, if any, thereon.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) is requested to transmit the amount deposited by the Applicant to the bank account of Respondent No.1 within a period of six weeks from the date of her furnishing of the requisite bank account particulars to the Registry.

The parties shall be bound by and shall abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Consent Terms annexed at Exhibit "A". 8.
In view of the above, the Application stands disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. No order as to costs.
