09.04.2025 P.C.:- 1] Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 7th May 2025. 2] Applicant to deposit entire maintenance amount towards the child and 50% of the amount towards the wife that is Rs.6,000/- per month within a period of four weeks. The amount be deposited before the learned Family Court, Jalna. On such deposit is being made, there shall be stay to the further execution proceedings of the impugned order.

3] The Respondents are entitled to withdraw the deposited amount.
