This Criminal Revision Application arises out of the order passed by the Trial Court granting maintenance to the respondent under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code.

While issuing notice to the respondents on 09.04.2025, this Court has pass the following order :
"2] Applicant to deposit entire maintenance amount towards the child and 50% of the amount towards the wife that is Rs.6,000/- per month within a period of four weeks. The amount be deposited before the learned Family Court, Jalna. On such deposit is being made, there shall be stay to the further execution proceedings of the impugned order.
3] The Respondents are entitled to withdraw the deposited amount."

It appears that the applicant has not complied with the aforesaid directions and had, however, sought time for compliance of the said order. 4.
Today, when the matter was called out in the first round, none appeared for the applicant. The matter was, therefore, kept back. Upon being called out again, none appeared for the applicant. 5.
Mr. Quadri, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, is present. He submits that the applicant has not complied with the order passed by this Court. In view thereof, there is no stay operating against the execution and implementation of the judgment and order passed by the Trial Court. 6.
It is open for the respondent to initiate execution proceedings, if not already initiated and to proceed with the same in accordance with law. If such proceedings are filed, the concerned Court shall expedite the same. 7.
Stand over to 15.04.2026.
