He would submit that, despite due service to the Respondent (wife), she neither appears nor is represented. These proceedings assail the impugned orders passed by the Family Court (Trial Court) i.e. JMFC at Aurangabad and the Appellate Court, as also, pray to reduce the amount of interim maintenance granted in favour of the Respondent/wife. The learned Advocate for the Applicant has raised an issue with regard to the Respondent (wife) having annexed a back-dated document in the proceedings before the Trial Court, which is at Page No.66 of the present proceedings. In such view of the matter, it is deemed appropriate for the Applicant to inform the

( 2 ) 904 Cri.R.Appln- 192 OF 2025 Respondent (wife) of today's order and she has already served with a copy of the proceedings as noted above.

List the proceedings for further consideration/hearing on Tuesday i.e. 5 August 2025.
