The learned APP for the state seeks one week's time to furnish the Forensic Science Laboratory Report. He has further submitted that he communicated the order dated 22nd September 2025 to the Investigation Officer, but despite this, he failed to produce it on record. As such, the Investigation Officer is directed to remain present along with the Forensic Science Laboratory Report, Nashik, on or before 14th October 2025. If he fails to secure the report, then he shall personally remain present before the Court.
