The learned APP seeks two days' time to submit the report. It appears that the Investigating Officer has not complied with the order dated 06th October 2025. As such, it is necessary to initiate proceedings against him for non-compliance with this Court's order. 2.

However, by way of last chance, the Investigating Officer is directed to remain present before this Court on or before 16th October 2025, along with the FSL report. Failing which, this Court will be constrained to initiate action against him. This order is to be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Jalgaon, for information and compliance. 3.

List the matter on 16th October 2025.
