The learned Advocate for the Applicant informs the Court that the execution proceedings are pending before the Family Court to which there is no 'Stay'. Needless to mention that, this being so, there is no bar or embargo on the Applicant to move the said Court and also for the Court to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
