Notice was issued to the respondents by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2025. Thereafter, Mr. A. T. Kanawade, learned Counsel marked his presence for respondent nos.1 and 2. The matter was subsequently listed on various dates. On 23.03.2026, when the matter was called out, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. The matter was again called out in the second session on the same day, however none appeared for the applicant. Hence, the matter was kept today for dismissal.

Today also, none appears for the applicant. It appears that the applicant has lost his interest in prosecuting the matter. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
