Learned Advocate Mr. Jain submits that he has instructions to appear onbehalf of respondent no.1. He seeks time. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, by order dated 15.10.2025, this Court had suspended the sentence of the applicant and had further directed him to deposit 50% of the cheque amount and time was granted till yesterday. Learned counsel further submits that, however, for some reasons, he could not deposite the same. 3.

In view of the above submissions, time to deposit the amount is extended by one week.
