It transpires during the course of hearing that the cause of action for overt act in the present appeal is the non payment of salary of two months to the informant.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to take instructions from his client as to whether the arrears of salary are paid or not. If the arrears of salary are paid to the informant that would be a mitigating fact to be taken into account by this Court. 3.

Stand over to 07.05.2025 at the instance of the appellant. 4.

Interim relief, granted earlier, if any to continue till the next date.
