By the present Appeal, the appellant challenged the judgment and order dated 17.08.2024, passed below Exh.61 in Special (Atrocity) Case No.86 of 2023, whereby declined to release the Appellant/accused on bail in Crime No.0154 of 2023 registered at Renapur Police Station, District Latur for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 324, 323, 504 read with 34 of I.P.C. and under Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
