By the present Appeal under Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the Appellant / accused prayed for regular bail in Crime No.0372 of 2024, registered with Karmad Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5), 61(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 24.03.2025.

The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.

The Investigating Officer to serve Respondent No.2 under Section 15A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 6.

The Appellant shall remove all office objections on or before 17.03.2025, failing which the Appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
