By the present appeal, the appellant accused challenged the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kandhar Dist. Nanded in Criminal Bail Application No. 35 of 2025, whereby the prayer for release on bail has been turned down. The appellant prayed for release on bail in Crime No. 0034 of 2025 registered on 08.02.2025 with Police Station Sonkhed District Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 127(3) 309(4), 351(2), 351(3), 115(2), 140(3) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27.03.2025.
