After the matter was argued by the learned counsel for the appellant, the learned APP sought time to file additional affidavit to show mobile tower location of the appellant/accused to prove that he was restrained to enter into Nimgaon Khalu village vide order dated 19.03.2025 but the appellant/accused entered the said village and violated condition no.4(a) of the said order.
