During the course of argument the learned advocate appointed for respondent No. 3 so also learned A.P.P. points out that, this Court has granted ad-interim protection to the appellant with some conditions. The appellant, however, has breached the conditions. The informant has filed her affidavit to that extent. The learned A.P.P. has invited attention to statements recorded of the informant and her daughter in law, dated 25.07.2025 to that effect. Photograph with Jio timing is also showing that the appellant is sitting in village Nimgaon Khalu on 08.06.2025.

To counter this, learned advocate Mr. Karpe for the appellant shows that, the appellant has attended police station. He has produced on record the photocopies of the endorsement in the diary given by the police station in charge about the attendance. 3.

The appellant to file specific affidavit to that extent. 4.
