Learned counsel Mr. Ajinkya Reddy for the appellants in Criminal Appeal No. 339 of 2025 submits that inadvertently Ashok Namdev Biradar is impleaded as appellant in appeal. There was communication gap. Another appeal that is Criminal Appeal No. 340 of 2025 has been filed by the said appellant independently. He seeks leave to delete the appellant No. 1 - Ashok Namdev Biradar from the array of appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 339 of 2025. Leave is granted. Amendment be carried out within a period of one (01) week from today. 2.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents in all
