Notice for Respondent No.3 be served through concerned Police Station/Investigating Officer.

Looking to the FIR as it is, prima facie, this Court finds that there are no specific allegations against the present appellant. The allegation shows that the present appellant alongwith other accused persons abuse

( 2 ) the informant in the name of caste in chorus. 6.

This Court prima facie finds that no ingredients are attracted of Sections 3(1)(s), 3(1)(r) of the Atrocities Act. The allegation of assault is against other accused.

Considering above, following order:

ORDER

(i) Till the next date, in the event of arrest of the appellant in connection with Crime No.0153/2025 dated 29th May 2025, registered with Beed (Rural) Police Station, Dist. Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 115(2), 352, 352(2), 352(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety/security in the like amount.

(ii) The appellant shall co-operate with the

( 3 ) investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called for by the Investigating Officer. (iii) The appellant shall not tamper with the evidence or shall not try to contact the informant or any of the witnesses.

(iv) The appellant shall furnish his contact number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep them updated, in case there is any change. [KISHORE C. SANT, J.]
