Heard Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Lomte, learned APP for the respondent/State and Mr. Kande, learned counsel for respondent No.2.

Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the appellant states that this appeal is arising out of Crime No.240/2025 which is registered with Bhokardan Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 281, 351(2), 351(3), 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The said crime was registered on the basis of the report lodged by respondent No.2

Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the appellant states that his dispute is settled between the parties and they have also apparently approached for quashing of the First Information Report by filing Criminal Bail Application No. 560/2025. In the said matter, respondent No.2- informant has also filed affidavit stating therein that the said dispute between them is settled. 3.
Mr. Kande, learned counsel for respondent No.2 also tender the copy of the said affidavit dated 08.09.2025 in this Court. Since said affidavit is of the month of September-2025, it will be appropriate for respondent No.2, in order to assist this Court, to file fresh affidavit of respondent No.2 showing subsequent development. As regards the development pertaining to the settlement, said affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks.
