Dr. Anagha Pedgaonkar, learned Advocate for the Appellant states that the Appellant is facing severe medical emergency. 2.

Today, Mr. G. O. Wattamwar, learned APP has handed over the medical report of the Appellant stating that the current condition of the Appellant is stable and he can do his daily routine work independently. However, in order to assist this Court, the concerned medical officer of Central Jail of Ch. Sambhajinagar is directed to file Affidavit regarding the medical condition of the Appellant. The said Affidavit shall be filed on or before 3rd November 2025. 3.

If the said Affidavit is not filed within the stipulated period, this Court shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
