Heard learned counsel for the Appellant for some time. When this Court showed its disinclination to entertain the Application, as the learned Sessions Court granted the bail, and therefore, it would be appropriate to seek a remedy for cancellation of bail before the same court for breach of any condition therein. At that time, learned counsel for the Appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file the proceedings before the Appropriate Court.
