Heard learned Advocate for the appellant and the learned APP for respondent No.1/State.

Considering the allegations in the FIR and after perusal of the investigation papers duly made available by the learned APP, prima facie, this Court is inclined to grant interim protection to the appellant. Hence, I pass the following order:- a) Until returnable date of hearing, the appellant shall be released in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 153/2025 registered with Beed Rural Police Station, Dist. Beed

697.25apeal (2) for the offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(va), 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 and under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 3(5), 351(2)(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only], with one solvent surety/ security in the like amount.

b) Appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer. c) Appellant shall not try to contact or pressurize the witnesses or the informant, in any manner whatsoever. 3.

List this matter for further consideration on 20/11/2025 4.
